The Business Joy Hotel had comfortable beds, a spacious room with a bathtub, and a great view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing directions and even picking us up. The hotel offered free drinks and ice cream, and the breakfast had a variety of options. The location next to the bus terminal was convenient for exploring the city.

We can't wait to go back, our stay was nice. We loved the staff, particularly the manager. We went to Kfc for dinner, it was only 600 feet away and we were satisfied.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us with easy access to transportation. The room we stayed in had a great view of the city and was very spacious. We loved the fact that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also a highlight with plenty of options to choose from. we were impressed with the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and staff.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

We had a great stay at a hotel conveniently located close to the transportation hub of the city. the room was comfortable and clean, with free water and other drinks in the lobby. the bathroom was spacious and hot water was available. the hotel staff provided us extra towels when we asked and were very helpful and generous with toiletries. They also served a good breakfast with options. We enjoyed the view from the room and the easy accessibility to the city via the nearby bus station.
The hotel lacked English-speaking staff, which could be problematic for non-Korean speaking guests.

Celebrating New Year's at this hotel was an amazing experience! the room was spacious and comfortable, with an impressive view of the city. the breakfast had a great variety of options, including bread, cereal, and fruit. One of the best things about this place was the free drinks and ice cream offered in the lobby. the hotel was located near the bus station, which made it easy to explore the area.
The walls were quite thin, and I could hear conversations from the neighboring room. It made it difficult to sleep, and I could have used a quieter room.

My xmas stay was great! The hotel staff was very friendly and gave exceptional service. The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed having a bathtub and free drinks in the lobby. The hotel's key location made it easy to get around and see all the sites.
The hotel could improve on a few things, such as providing bigger towels and a bench for luggage. , it would be great if they could offer more variety for breakfast, as not all guests may appreciate Korean food.
